Njang Mengu Collins (Ko-c)was born on 18 November 1994 in Kumba, Southwest Region of Cameroon. He started his career by writing songs and sending them to his friends for feedback. He received so many positive reviews which encouraged him to step into the music scene.
Ko-c wrote his first song titled “Town Player” at the age of 20 and started doing music professionally with the music group P.I.M Boys (Preach It Movement Boys). In July 2015, the group was signed to BTS Empire. The following year 2016, Ko-c decided to go solo, he caught the attention of music label Rugged Music.
After recording a good number of releases with Rugged Music, Ko-c was signed to Big Dreams Entertainment in the year 2017. He spent 3 successful years with Big Dreams Ent and in 2020, he decided to go solo again, thereby creating his own label Power House Entertainment.
